To our church family,

We ask for your prayers for Ginny. She has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma. She is presently at Mission Hospital for testing and medications. Please, no visitors.

Pray for wisdom, comfort and relief as we investigate our medical options.

If anyone has questions, we will keep the office updated as to her progress.

We love and appreciate our church family
Pastor Don

  1. Don and Ginny,
You are in our talks with our Father. You were such a strength when we were in such need. Thanks be to God who gives us to each other in times like this. Love.

  2. Pastor Don and Ginny:

We love you and are praying the Lord will heal you quickly. Our God is the God of all flesh, the One who breathed life into dust and made man, the One who spoke the whole universe into existence, the One who parted the Red Sea, rained manna from Heaven, brought water forth from a rock, and raised Jesus from the dead. There is absolutely nothing that is too hard for our God. I know you know this – and I know His peace and mercy is with you now and always.

Exodus 15: 26 – “For I am the LORD who heals you.

Psalm 103:2, 3 – “Bless the LORD O my soul, and forget not all His benefits: Who forgives all your iniquities, Who heals all your diseases.”

Matt 8:17 – “He Himself took our infirmities and bore our sicknesses.”

I have cried out to the Lord and He has healed me and kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit. (Psalm 30:2,3)

God will restore health to me and heal me of all my wounds. (Jeremiah 30:17)

Love and blessings to you and your family,
Margie Arrington and my three sons

  3. Don, Ginny & family,
My last prayer at night and the first in the morning is for you, Ginny and family. My experience with M.M. has not been as extreme, but God has been good and I know he will bring you through this.
Thankful that you are surrounded by such loving family & friends.
    Much love and continued prayers–Edie

  4. Dear Don and Ginny:
Patti can’t begin to tell you how grieved we are concerning the discovery of Ginny’s cancer. As you know we have been through this ourselves and know somewhat of the trial before you. Please be assured of our prayers for both of you and let us know of anything we can do to help you out. We are reminded of God’s grace and faithfulness in the most difficult of times. We know that God, if He chooses, can deliver Ginny from this cancer and bring complete miraculous healing; however this may not be His will and you Ginny will have to endure the extensive treatment necessary to put the cancer in remission. And you Don are in need of a special measure of grace as you support Ginny. You are much in our thoughts and prayers throughout the day and we do trust that God will get you through this as his purpose is fulfilled in your lives for His glory and your sanctification.
